Junior Beginning Kayaking (Ages 10-14)
Let us make this summer special for your junior. We get them smiling at the beginning of class and have them laughing by the end! Using active games, group activities and river, lake and wildlife exploration, Current Adventures instructors teach youth kayaking skills and safety. Days 1 and 2 are spent on Lake Natoma. On day 3 we move on to the Lower American. This class leaves them begging for more.
Add two more days of river fun in our Junior Novice class!
Ages: 10-14 yrs.
Prerequisites: Juniors must have taken Junior beginning before enrolling in Junior Novice. No prerequisites for beginning classes other than age appropriate.
Location: Lake Natoma & Lower American River (on day 3).
Cost: $139 (Includes 10% State Park fee.)
2011 Dates:Please call to schedule a class. Groups of 5 or more qualify for the regular group rate of $139 per person.
Juniors can add two more days of river fun in our Junior Novice class!
Time: (3 days) 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Progression: Junior Novice, Junior Camp, Touring Classes, Private Classes and for ages 12 and up consider Eppie’s Junior Training program.
