Junior Beginning Kayaking on Lake Natoma and The American River

Let us make this summer special for your junior. We get them smiling at the beginning of class and have them laughing by the end! Using active games, group activities and river, lake and wildlife exploration, Current Adventures instructors teach youth kayaking skills and safety. Days 1 and 2 are spent on Lake Natoma. On day 3 we move on to easy ( but more exciting) moving water of the Lower American river. This class ALWAYS leaves them begging for more. (<:

Client Comments:

“Thank you for teaching us how to kayak and guiding us down the river.  I was sore when I got home from paddling all day, but it was definitely worth the great experience and loads of fun that I had!  I was grateful and relieved that we received a lot of instruction before going down the rapids because I was always able to feel safe and unafraid.  I had a great time and hope I can come back and do more difficult rapids.”  ~ Jessica – age 14
“Thank you Current Adventures. We feel quite fortunate that Conner and Dustin had the pleasure of learning to kayak with three high quality kayaking instructors with high quality attitudes to match.” ~Rosemary and Tom
