Kayak/SUP Glamping Trip to Loon Lake

Kayak/SUP Trip to Loon Lake for the Perseid Meteor ShowerLoon Lake kayak camping trips and Full Sturgeon Moon

Paddle beautiful Loon Lake and experience the Perseid Meteor Shower and an amazing view from your kayak or SUP of more stars than you can imagine . No light pollution, no crowds, only nature’s sounds and a huge sky above you. This year the Meteors may be a little harder to see due to teh amazing Full Moon that is happening on the Saturday of our trip! Granite peaks and lake lit up by moonlight is an amazing experience!
During the day, escape the heat while you explore this nearby pine scented mountain lake with us. Granite textured views, bald eagles, secluded short hikes and even a paddle in tunnel through the mountain ( water level dependent). Our scrumptious meals prepared by our guides and a myriad of islands and amazing lunch spots round out the beauty and serenity of this trip.

Crystal clear water and granite galore!

Loon Lake is tucked away only a short drive above the valley’s crowded heat. It offers a quiet beauty and history all its own. During your kayak/SUP trip with us our experienced instructor/guides will show you the hidden treasures and hideaways, while taking you on a tour and exploration of the best paddling destinations we know.
